The BOID system is a simulation of the behaviour of group-oriented animals like birds and fish. It works by replicating the same behaviour across a group of BOIDS. The three main behaviours followed by BOIDS are alignment, cohesion, and separation.
The Save System uses a WebSocket Server and uses a Backend Database to save player data. An Actor Component is used for WebSocket code, and each actor has a unique UUID for its inventory. This was chosen for scalability and security reasons.
In November 2023, I designed a VR Chat world for the Performance and XR (PXR) conference organized by Single Thread Theatre Company and Electric Theatre Company. The conference's theme was "Under the Sea," so I created an underwater dance world at the bottom of an ocean trench.
Summoned Heroes of Sakura VR is an immersive virtual reality game where players unite to rescue the village from demonic forces. They must face the ultimate boss, a giant hell-spawn Colossus named Lump.
The Cursed Corsair is a virtual reality escape room on a pirate ship. Players must solve puzzles and complete tasks to find treasure, take it back from the pirate captain, and escape the ship before it sails.
Heroes of the Omniverse is an upcoming VR MOBA game. The game has immersive mechanics such as climbing and gliding. You and your team must defeat the enemy team's Colossus to win the game.
The Gliding Locomotion allows players to glide smoothly in any VR space by putting their arms to their side in a T-pose position, which is the gliding position. With Unity's Physics system, gliding happens by applying forces to the player's movement while in the gliding position.
The VR Climbing Locomotion allows players to climb any object in the scene with a collider. Climbing is achieved by pressing the grab button to attach the player to the object, then pulling down the controller to move the player upwards, making the climbing motion.

I created this outdoor scene to improve my world-building skills. I used Quixel and Unreal 5 for the foliage and terrain and created a handful of props that added to the scene. Creating this world helped me learn how to direct a user's attention to specific elements in the scene.

I had to create two versions of the Jewelry Store for the Playground Island. A brown-themed and a pink-themed version. The pink version was themed for Frasier Sterling Jewelry Company.

I have designed and created the Medieval area for Camelot Cay, a medieval times-themed Island. This area will be available on Playground Island, which features many unique areas inspired by islands in the Aftermath Islands Metaverse.
This is Good Gulliver's Cove! A conceptual area for Camelot Cay Island, which is one of the many themed islands in the Aftermath Islands Metaverse. This area will be developed using Unreal Engine and will be accessible on Playground Island. Playground Island is home to various unique areas that draw inspiration from the Aftermath Islands Metaverse islands.
These weapons were used in Summoned Heroes of Sakura VR, a small multiplayer VR game. In this exciting game, a group of heroes from various time periods are brought together to embark on a heroic quest. They aim to stop a massive colossus lump that threatens to destroy the world. As you walk along this rocky mountain trail, you'll notice a variety of rocks, each one unique in shape, size, and colour. The trail is lined with tall grass, leaves, and weeds, adding to the natural beauty of the path. Using height maps cleverly creates an authentic, uneven surface, making it feel like you're walking on an actual mountain path.
I designed a trim sheet for a project, featuring metal engravings on stone with a Greek-inspired design. To create the Normal, Height, and AO maps, I used Substance Designer. After that, I imported them into Substance Painter for the Base Color, Metallic, and Roughness maps.
